Located within the highly desirable village of Blundeston, located north of Lowestoft, Total Build completed construction of three new high specification houses on the site of a former much loved public house.
Blundeston is a beautiful village located just north of Lowestoft on the East Anglian coast. Steeped in history it is strongly influenced by the works of Charles Dickens whose character, David Copperfield, was born within the village.
The site upon which the Red Lion development was to be build occupies the site of a former village pub of the same name. Since closing its doors for the final time the historic building had fallen into disrepair and was subsequently demolished.
The new development consisting of three dwellings each has 4 bedrooms, spacial open plan kitchen / dining areas and expansive orangery style windows that flood each home with brilliant sunshine. All properties have West facing gardens to the rear overlooking open fields which soak up every drop of the summer evening sun. In a nod to the sites heritage the houses even boast sash windows which hark back to the building that existed there previously.

Every project at Total Build regardless of size or complexity receives the same care and obsessive attention to detail as if it were our own.
